SEXUAL REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND RIGHTS (SRHR)

Sexual Reproductive health is a central determinant of a person’s quality of life. A profound understanding of SRHR is paramount in helping people make informed, responsible and lifelong healthy decisions.

Kyetume CBHCP works to promote and provide information on Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights as a package to the vulnerable and marginalised groups of people as well as the whole community at large.

This done with an aim of preventing unwanted and unplanned pregnancies, and the spread of HIV/AIDs and other STIs through empowering people to make informed behavioural changes in their sexual life.

Kyetume CHBCP also seeks to create a better SRHR environment through advocacy activities. This is aimed at creating a lasting change in the policies and guidelines affecting information dissemination and SRHR service delivery in the areas of operation.
