Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility

At KCBHCP, we believe that every individual, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance, deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) is woven into the fabric of our programs, partnerships, and organizational culture.

For over 30 years, we have worked alongside Uganda’s most vulnerable communities—including women, children, persons with disabilities, and marginalized groups—to break down barriers and create pathways to health, education, and economic empowerment. Our community-led approach ensures that those often left behind have a voice in shaping solutions that affect their lives.

From gender-balanced leadership and inclusive education initiatives to accessible health services and climate-resilient livelihoods, we champion equitable access and meaningful participation for all. By integrating DEIA principles into every sector we serve, we’re not just transforming systems—we’re building a Uganda where no one is excluded.
Together, with our partners and communities, we’re turning the promise of inclusion into reality.
