Through Dimagi, assessing malnutrition levels and provide basic health interventions for children aged 6–56 months in underserved rural communities, households and community-based child health screening with use of CommCare digital tools for data collection. Referrals and follow-ups for identified at-risk children were possible. Improved identification of malnutrition cases among infants strengthened capacity of frontline workers using digital health tools. We look forward to a continued collaboration with Dimagi to set a bigger target to other underserved villages across Uganda.
